Mental performance is often the tipping point between good and great, win and lose. Drawing from sport psychology principals, Lindy takes a collaborative approach to guide her athletes down a path of identification of pain-points and weakness, and improving performance by identifying key tools that address mental toughness, resilience and the management of the physical response to external and internal stress.
