I'm Lindy Thompson and I moved to Northern Michigan from Denver, Colorado in late 2014. I've already had the pleasure of coaching ski racers, runners, golfers, tennis players, soccer teams, race car drivers and equestrians. I look forward to meeting you, learning about your sport and assisting in your competitive journey.

I believe that all athletes, regardless of age, level or ability, can benefit from mental performance coaching. I take a collaborative approach with my athletes to ensure that the changes and progress made are extremely personal in nature. Everyone is different and no two paths are identical, I therefore encourage active participation and practice in both office and practical settings. During my time with an athlete I aid in the discovery of mental weaknesses and trouble, work with each athlete to identify the best approach for change and teach my athletes how to use the tools and skills available to them to improve mental performance. Whether someone is suffering from competition anxiety, recovering from an injury or is feeling burnt out, I am here to help each athlete find his or her path back to a positive and successful athletic experience.
